Add seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking according to personal judgement and experience Knowledge of knife-skills and using cooking techniques such as braising, baking, roasting (oven or rotating spit), and high-level skillet/sauté work Pastry Dinner Cook May include Pastry Line/Dinner Cook & Pastry Cook/Baker Minimum 2 years of experience in the culinary field/high volume restaurant or Culinary Degree and 2 years related experience Prepare products according to recipe guidelines Knowledge and understanding of tools, measurements, ingredients, equipment, small wares, and cooking required for a bakery Experience making mousse, pate-a-choux, and French macarons Facilities (FOS) Electrician At least two or more years of experience, along with training from a trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant experience. Ability to perform maintenance on food preparation and holding appliances/equipment. Understanding of and ability to operate under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines and other food safety/sanitary guidelines. Must also be able to troubleshoot and repair gas and steam systems applied in commercial kitchen equipment. Technical competence, the ability to read and understand detailed instructions, blueprints, flowcharts, schematics, and engineering documents, and pass all compliance for technical and safety training Pruner - Tree Worker Must be able to enter a tree (10 to 150 feet) via safe climbing practices under WC-CTW, International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and ANSI Z133.1 guidelines, as well as safely use an aerial lift under DLR guidelines. Ability to gain proficiency and knowledge of different climbing systems is required Western Chapter Certified Tree Worker (WC-CTW) or the level of ability to obtain a Certified Tree Worker Qualification Gardener At least one year of experience in landscape maintenance or construction with a landscape maintenance company. Retail or wholesale nursery experience is acceptable. Experience could also be from an ROP, College or High School program (Maintaining one’s own home yard does not constitute acceptable experience). Horticultural Exterminator (IPM) California Qualified Applicator License or Certificate Registered Applicator or Branch 2 Field Representative license or the ability to acquire is necessary Experience with spray equipment and application of pesticides Preferred experience with working knowledge of MS Office software, wildlife trapping experience, bird mitigation knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively Maintenance Mechanic (Outside Machinist-Non-Auto) Must have two or more years of experience directly related to a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial production facility.
