About this role
As an Operations Specialist, you are the bridge between the Customer Sales and Carrier Sales teams. You will work alongside the sales team and account management team in managing the daily operations of truckload brokerage unique customers. You will be responsible for organically growing customer accounts by providing world-class customer service and fostering meaningful relationships with customer contacts. As you begin your career with truckload brokerage, you will go through an extensive on-the-job training period where you will be under the guidance of our Operations Manager. During this time, you will learn industry best-practices, as well as the fundamental skills required to learn the brokerage industry from the ground-up, with the opportunity to advance your career as the company grows.
