About this role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will work directly with our Ford Dealers across the East Market Area to implement tools and processes to grow their business. You will work directly with our field organization in the New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh Regions to prioritize Dealer engagement and support with major Ford initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in our organization by partnering with Dealers to enhance their operational efficiency through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support of key initiatives.
