This person will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews • Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes • Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes • Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders • Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles • Help to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless • Support the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Minimum Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role • 4+ years of overall work experience • Experience working with applicant tracking systems Preferred Qualifications
