It involves handling both mandatory and voluntary events, ensuring accurate and timely client notifications, position reconciliations, and entitlement processing in line with global standards. The position requires close coordination with clients, custodians, markets, and regulators, while maintaining strict adherence to quality control and risk management practices. The role also supports process improvements, system enhancements, new client onboarding, and evolving market requirements, contributing to operational excellence and superior client service delivery.
