About the role:
Supervise children during the lunch break, both in the dining area and outside in the playground Encourage positive play and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils Prepare food and help the pupils eat a nutritious meal Support pupils in developing good manners and social skills during lunchtime Help manage minor incidents and report and concerns to the relevant staffWe are seeking a passionate, caring and patient MDSA who thrives on making meaningful connections and plays an important part in the child daily routine and who:
Has a kind, calm and friendly manner Enjoys working with children contributing to their development Is reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Has experience working in a school or with children (preferred but not essential - training will be provided)
