PRN Pulm / Critical Care Intensivist - Yale New Haven facility in CT
Description: Are you a pulmonary critical care intensivist ready interested in picking up extra shifts in New England? TeamHealth and Yale New Haven are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible intensivist trained in pulmonary and critical care to join our team at Lawrence + Memorial in New London, Connecticut, and Westerly Hospital in Westerly, Rhode Island. Shifts are from 7a-7p; no nights required. Intensivists work alongside experienced advanced practice clinicians and our hospitalist physicians to provide expert care across our 10-bed MICU and 10-bed CCU. Intensivists also work at nearby Westerly Hospital which has a 9-bed ICU.
This is more than a role, it's a chance to contribute meaningfully to the residents of coastal New England while advancing your clinical practice in a supportive and well-resourced environment. You'll manage inpatient pulmonary consults and follow-ups, and play a key role in shaping outcomes for critically ill patients.
