About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy sports team. You will deliver and administrate the sports academy contributing to its recruitment and smooth and efficient running.
Candidates must have a good general education, be a qualified coach in the sport required, have excellent sports links in the community and be able to evidence experience and skills that suggest suitability to discharge the duties as outlined in the Job Description.
This role focuses primarily on the delivery and development of the Women’s Football Academy programme. The role will also support the development and growth of women’s football within the Trust, including contributions to future outreach initiatives such as holiday football camps, community engagement and player recruitment pathways.
What We’re Looking For In Our Coach:
Holds a UEFA B Licence (minimum)Has experience in football coaching (ideally within the women’s game)Can deliver engaging, structured sessionsIs reliable and committed to fixed weekly sessionsHas an interest in developing programmes beyond coaching
