About this role
We are looking for an individual who:
has experience of working with children of all ageshas experience of working with a range of special educational needs including ADHD, ASD, PDA, SLCN and children who are pre-verbalhas experience of carrying out targeted interventions, working from EHCPs and with external professionalshas a positive attitude and who is flexible and able to adapt to different situationshas initiative, is practical, positive, warm, and compassionate and is able to support children academically, socially and emotionally.is hard working, energetic, enthusiastic and who will support our values and Christian ethoshas the ability to support children’s academic, social and emotional development in all Key Stages (EYFS to Year 6)is able to develop positive relationships with pupils, having an understanding of their social and emotional needsis able to remain calm when met with a variety of challenges
