Experience of working in a busy and pressurised administrative environment (preferably within a school setting)Experience of HR management and proceduresExperience of supporting and leading office staff effectively, modelling professionalism and teamworkExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsExperience of developing and continually improving effective administrative systems and proceduresHigh levels of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail whilst maintaining professional integrityAbility to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlinesConfident use of IT systems, including Microsoft 365Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
