English & Maths A* -C grade or equivalentExperience of working with young peopleHas well-developed ICT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications i.e. Word, Excell, Outlook, Teams etcDemonstrates effective communication skills (both orally and in writing), relevant to the audience and purpose.Understanding of behaviour policies and mechanisms to improve behaviour and maximise learning opportunitiesProven experience of working in a school environment
