EXP is seeking a Senior Pursuit Specialist to join our Western Canada Business Development team, who will be focused on leading complex proposal pursuits, elevating submission quality, and driving winning strategies across key markets. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business development, strategy, and technical delivery. You will take ownership of end-to-end pursuit management, partnering closely with senior leadership, discipline leads, and project teams to position EXP for success across high-value opportunities. Based in Burnaby, Calgary, Edmonton or Kamloops (with a flexible hybrid model), you will play a critical role in shaping how we pursue and win work across Western Canada.
