About this role
1. Proper monitoring and Managing Yard Equipments / Equipment operators in the shift 2. Optimize usage of yard resources. 3. Minimize/eliminate extra moves by proper monitoring and timely intervention. 4. Ensure safety procedures are adhered to be the yard manpower 5. Ensuring proper and prompt updating. 6. Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved. 7. Ensuring proper, efficient, and safe handling of containers in the yard as planned. 8. Proper Care of IT equipments 9. Efficiently assisting as on scene commander in case of safety/security emergencies. 10. To comply with all aspects of MICT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems”
