About this role
The Technical Trainer plays a hands-on role in executing technical and operational training programs across data center environments. This role is responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training, supporting onboarding, upskilling, and certification initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert in the development of content in collaboration with instructional design and regional training teams.
