As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will influence how talent is developed, recognized, and prepared for the future across a global organization. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Learning, you will partner closely with HR leaders, People Partners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative talent and performance programs that support strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact by developing scalable solutions that empower employees, strengthen leadership capabilities, and support organizational growth. In this role, you will:

• Drive talent and performance initiatives that shape the employee experience across the organization. • Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and implement impactful development solutions. • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions. • Coach managers and support meaningful performance and career conversations. • Leverage data and insights to influence talent decisions and measure program effectiveness. • Deliver engaging workshops and talent assessments that help individuals and teams unlock their potential. • Contribute to the evolution of talent management practices by bringing fresh ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches, including the use of AI and technology.

Pay Transparency Statement The monthly base salary range for this position starts at 9,100.00 PLN Gross. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation.
