About this role
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the delivery and operations of the Web3 Platform that supports multiple business functions across DTCC. You will work closely with engineering teams to establish and maintain DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns. You will contribute to platform design discussions, provide technical guidance, and help ensure that solutions are built with scalability, resiliency, and security in mind. In this role, you will collaborate with both in‑house engineering teams and external vendor partners to integrate platform components and deliver production‑ready Web3 capabilities. You will coordinate with globally distributed teams, supporting them through hands‑on troubleshooting, environment improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives.
