Main duties of the job Were now looking for compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Workers ready to make a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities. The role involves building trusting relationships with children, supporting their daily routines, helping them learn life skills, and ensuring they feel safe and cared for. Youll work as part of a team, support with care plans, routines, and risk assessments, and engage in light domestic duties. Full training and support are provided, and experience is not required.

Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people Support daily routines from mealtimes, to play and bedtime Help children learn life skills and build their independence Work as part of a team to ensure children feel safe, secure, and cared for Support with care plans, routines, and risk assessments (with training) Supporting with Night time/settling routine and Hourly Admin checks Light Domestic DutiesAbout YouWere looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference. You dont need experience well provide full training and support. You will:
Have a genuine interest in supporting children with learning disabilities Be patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent Be flexible, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins Be physically and mentally fit for the role Bring a positive attitude and enjoy working within a team Hold or be committed to completing NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare Hold a driving licence (desirable but not essential) Hold a minimum of 12 months left of your Right to work Available to start from the end of July 2026About AgincareWere a family-run business thats been caring and supporting people since 1986. Qualifications Essential
