We're seeking a Care Home Assistant Practitioner who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of older people. As a fundamental part of our care team, you will assist in meeting the physical, mental, and emotional needs of our residents. You'll work alongside our Nurses to support and assist with daily nursing needs, allowing our Nurses to focus on more complex requirements. Your responsibility will include providing high-quality medical care, working with colleagues, family members, and external professionals to help maintain the identity and dignity of our residents. We require a Care Home Assistant Practitioner Certification, a caring nature, proven ability to lead and motivate a team, a coaching leadership mentality, good communication skills, flexibility, and a respectful attitude towards others.

Care Home Assistant Practitioner Certification

Qualifications Essential

Care Home Assistant Practitioner Certification, caring nature, proven ability to lead, delegate effectively, coaching leadership mentality, good communication, relationship building skills, flexibility, warm and approachable persona, respect for others.
