This role is 37.5 hours per week, with the current working pattern of Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.

Our Patient Administration Support Officer team plays a vital role in supporting our clinical staff, management and senior teams across two sites. This is a varied, interesting and highly valued position, where your contribution will directly support the delivery of high quality patient care.
In this role, you will join a supportive team responsible for managing a range of administrative workflows, including prescriptions, patient registrations, record amendments and deductions, as well as recall systems for long-term conditions and childhood immunisations.
Main duties of the job
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that our busy administrative workflows are maintained efficiently and accurately.
You will work collaboratively as part of a team of nine, including:
Four Patient Administration Support OfficersOne Medical Notes Summariser/Patient Administration Support OfficerTwo Senior Clinical AssistantsTwo Clinical AssistantsTogether, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative processes that underpin patient care.

To ensure that workflow for the PASO Team is kept up to date and output is delivered on time.
All staff assist the Partnership in providing a high quality service.

Worked in an office/administration environment for 2 years Customer service
Desirable
Worked in GP Practice for minimum of 2 years Experience of working within administration team in GP Practice Knowledge of prescriptions within Emis WEB
