You will:

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate must hold a Nursing Degree and have current NMC registration. Experience working within community, rehabilitation, or long-term condition services is essential. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, along with proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Flexibility to meet the needs of the service is important, and participation in community service delivery is expected.
