Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant at Aria Care, you will support residents in their day-to-day activities, showing compassion and understanding in all that you do. You will work both full and part-time hours as needed, with alternate weekend commitments. Our care assistants are vital in supporting our residents' independence and enhancing their quality of life. We offer a competitive pay rate of £13.45 per hour, along with a Blue Light Discount Card, holiday and days out discounts, long service awards, and a recognition program.
