• Oversees the utilization of the organization's Operations analysis team who serve as primary liaisons between internal and/or external customers and Operations leadership and teams to meet organizational and/or customer objectives and needs.
• Builds a customer-focused relationship with internal and/or external customers and Senior Management team to align project objectives, and to continuously promote the organization's ability for their domain expertise and data analyzes abilities.
• Develops, leads, approves and presents recommendations of operational strategic plans and initiatives to advance the divisional missions and objectives.
• Manages the development, growth, and quality of Operations Analysts to build and continuously improve well rounded teams.
• Provides domain specific subject matter expertise (advisory) to Operations Teams and remains updated on trends in the marketplace.
• Facilitates and coordinates the approval of day-to-day recommendations of the Operations analyst team related to operational dashboards, SLAs, operating procedures, governance structures and metrics for process and cost improvements.
