Job Summary: The SGGG Sr Crystal Growth Technician is a senior-level, production-focused technical role responsible for the execution, operational control, and sustained performance of Czochralski (CZ) crystal growth processes, with primary focus on SGGG production. This position operates independently, owning assigned crystal growth systems and ensuring safe, repeatable, and compliant manufacturing within established process limits. While SGGG is the primary focus, the technician also supports other high-temperature oxide systems as required. The role requires advanced understanding of crystal growth operations, thermal management, and infrastructure interaction to maintain consistent production performance. The technician serves as a technical resource within the team and reinforces disciplined adherence to standardized manufacturing processes.
