Job Summary: The Capital Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of capital projects that support manufacturing capacity expansion, facility improvements, and equipment deployment at the Sherman site. This role functions as the central coordinator and program leader for capital initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders remain aligned on scope, schedule, and project objectives. The position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across Facilities, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Finance, Procurement, and external contractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
