• Troubleshooting of desktops. • Installing Microsoft operating system updates and maintenance. • Configure and troubleshooting of Ms. outlook 2019. • Performed general maintenance task on computers, Laptops, Printer and authorized network equipment • Basic LAN/WAN connecting and troubleshooting. • Solve internet related problems configuration of basic TCP/IP settings. • Solving laptop issues through remote support, creating & managing user accounts. • Domain & Workgroup. • Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP Server, DNS System & OSI Model, WDS Server
