As an Executive in the Collections | Telecollection department, you will play a crucial role in driving insurance sales and policy renewals. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits in a clear and convincing manner. You will be expected to follow up on leads, address objections, and close sales within defined timelines, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for insurance sales and policy renewals. • Explain product features, benefits, and premium details effectively and persuasively. • Follow up on leads and handle objections to convert prospects into customers. • Close sales within specified timelines, meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and regulations at all times. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records, documenting all customer interactions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service. • Stay updated with the latest insurance products and market trends to offer relevant solutions. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process and customer experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative mindset. • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving sales targets. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new insurance products and market changes. • A positive and professional demeanor, representing the company's brand and values.
