As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our banking processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our department meets the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with our team to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective quality control measures.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits of banking processes to identify areas of improvement. • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent performance. • Collaborate with the BPM | Transition team to understand process requirements and provide quality-focused solutions. • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization. • Document and report on quality assurance activities, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring our processes remain compliant. • Mentor and guide team members on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Work closely with the development team to ensure that new features and enhancements meet quality standards. • Participate in project planning and provide quality-focused inputs to ensure successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline). • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in quality analysis of banking processes. • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and processes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and techniques. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred. • Experience in a BPM or transition environment is an asset. • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
