As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for various field-based activities, including client visits, lead generation, and payment collections. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring timely payments. Your work will directly impact the company's financial health and overall success.

• Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships. • Generate leads and identify potential new business opportunities. • Collect payments from clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions. • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve client queries and concerns. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and field operations. • Provide regular reports and updates on collection activities and performance. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during field visits. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when representing the company.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field-based role, preferably in collections or sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for record-keeping. • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. • Basic understanding of financial concepts and payment processing. • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new systems and processes.
