About this role
As an Executive in our Inbound department, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their queries and concerns. You will work closely with our team to navigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Analyze reports to identify areas for productivity improvement. • Receive and handle inbound calls, providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up until closure. • Utilize knowledge of Indian states to assist customers with location-based inquiries. • Assist business development cases by coordinating mechanics from nearby locations. • Outcall customers to gather feedback on completed services and capture ratings. • Ensure proper communication of all questions to customers, encouraging accurate ratings. • Raise complaints on behalf of customers if their concerns are not adequately addressed. • Follow up with the concerned team to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Willingness to work rotational shifts to provide 24/7 customer support. • Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and identify areas for improvement. • Knowledge of Indian states and their locations is preferred. • Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using Google Maps or similar navigation tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. • Basic understanding of business development processes is an asset. • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
