As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional level of service. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support via various communication channels.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions. • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive outcome. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and provide feedback. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate advice. • Document and track customer interactions for future reference and analysis. • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the relevant teams. • Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service best practices. • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity software. • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
