• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in MIS management, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficiency in MIS tools and technologies, including database management and reporting systems. • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL and Power BI. • Knowledge of industry-specific MIS practices and regulations is preferred. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
