As a Coll - EXE, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as you will be the face of our company for many of our clients. You will work closely with the Collections team to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a timely and professional response. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, keeping them informed about their accounts and services. • Collaborate with the Collections team to develop effective strategies for resolving customer issues and improving overall customer experience. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions. • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient issue resolution. • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate team leads or managers. • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere. • Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer care environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries. • A high level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service trends. • A positive track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
