We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service and compliance. Your primary focus will be on handling policy renewals, updating client records, and ensuring timely premium payments. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for resolving customer queries and maintaining compliance with insurance regulations.
• Handle policy renewals and ensure a smooth renewal process for clients. • Update and maintain accurate client records, including personal and policy-related information. • Monitor and follow up on premium payments to ensure timely receipt. • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance. • Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy issuance. • Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes and proposals. • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the department.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service. • Basic knowledge of insurance products and terminology. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. • A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
