As the Senior Executive - HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a high-performance culture and fostering a positive work environment.
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing strategic direction and guidance. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's vision and values. • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent. • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a fair and respectful work environment. • Design and execute performance management systems, including performance evaluations and goal-setting. • Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure effective communication. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on HR best practices. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making. • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering a culture of trust and engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Proven track record of leading and managing HR functions in a complex organization. • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting HR data and metrics. • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach. • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving HR excellence.
