As a Coll - EXE, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support, resolving inquiries, and offering tailored solutions. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers via phone, email, and live chat. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive brand image. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient issue resolution. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate guidance. • Document and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams. • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and ethical approach. • Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer support capacity. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous professional development.
