As a Coll - EXE, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and accurate support. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and friendly assistance. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring efficient and accurate responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering creative solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Provide accurate and up-to-date product and service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and escalate complex issues as required. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data. • Actively listen to customer feedback and suggestions, and provide regular updates to the management team. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data protection and privacy. • Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and make recommendations. • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in a call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends. • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an asset.
