As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Collections team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and motivate a dedicated team of collection CREs, ensuring they meet their targets and maintain high performance standards. You will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the team, providing training, support, and strategic direction to achieve our business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of collection CREs, ensuring target achievement and performance excellence. • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity. • Implement and enforce regulatory compliance standards within the team, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. • Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of collection CREs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of collection processes with overall business strategies. • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Identify and address any performance gaps, providing timely interventions and support to team members. • Maintain open lines of communication with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies to enhance collection processes. • Ensure the team maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing the company's values and reputation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a collections or similar environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, with a focus on target achievement and performance improvement. • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements within the collections industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation techniques. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using collections management software and tools is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation. • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating a proactive approach. • A positive and solution-oriented attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
