As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company when interacting with customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience by promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and payment-related matters. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be interacting with customers via phone and in-person visits.
• Visit customer locations to collect payments and resolve delinquency issues. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone calls. • Update customer data and feedback in the client application system. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. • Collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely and accurate payment collections. • Identify and escalate potential customer issues to the appropriate teams. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer data. • Stay updated with company policies and procedures related to customer interactions. • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment within the team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. • Proficiency in using MS Office and customer relationship management systems. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and customer needs. • Strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach. • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
