About this role
As a Coll - EXE, you will play a vital role in our customer service and collections process. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and timely payment of dues. You will be the face of our company, representing us at the customer's point of contact and facilitating smooth transactions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly. • Visit customers to collect overdue payments, either through cash or online payment gateways. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payments, updating our internal systems accordingly. • Identify and resolve any payment-related issues or disputes, finding mutually beneficial solutions. • Provide regular updates to the management team on collection progress and customer feedback. • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and collections. • Conduct periodic reviews of collection strategies and suggest improvements. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding customer interactions and data privacy. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing our company's values.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or customer relationship management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups. • Proficiency in using MS Office and any relevant CRM or collections software. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and travel requirements. • A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry developments. • Any relevant certifications or qualifications in customer service or collections will be an advantage.
