As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and providing an excellent customer experience. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, aiming for a high satisfaction rate. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer informed advice. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. • Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for process improvements. • Ensure data privacy and security when handling customer information. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive insights. • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented mindset when dealing with challenging situations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or financial services environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for customer service. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
