As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional and personalized experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple information requests to complex issue resolutions, ensuring a timely and efficient response.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering creative and effective solutions. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Identify and escalate potential customer risks or concerns to the appropriate team. • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or finance department. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. • A passion for building customer relationships and a desire to exceed expectations.
