• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with web development frameworks. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for staying updated with emerging digital technologies. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in the digital space.
