As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's brand and values. Your primary role is to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is exceptional. You will be a key player in our collections team, handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely responses. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions. • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring a fair and prompt resolution. • Conduct regular customer outreach and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve services. • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in collections. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy. • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on customer satisfaction and collection progress.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred. • Knowledge of collections processes and best practices is an advantage. • A results-driven and analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for customer service.
