As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the front line of our customer support, handling a high volume of calls and inquiries. Your primary focus will be on collecting pending EMIs and guiding customers through the payment process. Additionally, you will offer accurate product information and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally. • Collect pending EMIs for the current month, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Guide customers through the payment process, offering clear and concise instructions. • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers, addressing their queries. • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions. • Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity. • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members. • Collaborate with the collections team to develop effective strategies for EMI collections. • Stay updated with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple calls. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
