As a Senior Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of field executives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective execution of daily operations, while also driving the team towards achieving set targets. This role requires exceptional leadership and coordination skills, as you will be managing on-ground activities and ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of field executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output. • Maintain open lines of communication with team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a professional and ethical work culture. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance team productivity. • Collaborate with other departments to align field operations with overall business objectives and strategies. • Manage and resolve any on-ground issues or challenges promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities. • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of team activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a field operations or collections environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for field operations management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize team performance. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and embrace new technologies or processes. • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
