As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your primary role is to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and offering a seamless experience.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and preferences. • Handle customer complaints and queries, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive outcome. • Collaborate with the collections team to ensure smooth operations and efficient debt recovery processes. • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team. • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service approach.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer service capacity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and a willingness to learn and grow.
