As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive brand image. You will work closely with our collections team to resolve any issues and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and professional response. • Provide accurate and up-to-date product/service information to customers, addressing their queries effectively. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with the collections team to resolve customer disputes and ensure a smooth recovery process. • Document and escalate complex customer issues to the relevant teams for further action and resolution. • Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, adhering to company standards and guidelines. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Actively listen to customer feedback and suggestions, and communicate them to the appropriate teams for improvement. • Ensure data privacy and security by handling customer information with confidentiality. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer care or customer relationship role is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Basic knowledge of data privacy and security practices is an asset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
