As a Coll - EXE, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as you will be the face of our company in resolving issues and providing support. You will work closely with the Collections team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate response. • Provide detailed and friendly assistance to customers, offering solutions and alternatives where necessary. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized support. • Collaborate with the Collections team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and collections processes. • Document and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team leads or managers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security. • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fostering a positive and loyal customer base. • Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in a financial services or similar industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service-related software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation. • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
