As an Engineer at Digitide Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in our CLM Domestic Diversified | Back Office department. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining our software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will work closely with our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to understand customer requirements and provide technical support. Additionally, you will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.
• Develop and maintain software solutions for the CLM Domestic Diversified | Back Office department. • Collaborate with CCEs to understand customer needs and provide technical support. • Design, develop, and implement innovative software features and enhancements. • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards and best practices. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. • Document and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Provide training and support to other team members as needed. • Work closely with the product management team to align development efforts with business goals. • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a similar industry. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring) is preferred. • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is essential. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry advancements.
