• Design and deployment: Create and install scalable network solutions, including routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.
• Performance and troubleshooting: Monitor network performance, resolve complex outages, and troubleshoot issues escalated from the team.
• Security: Establish and maintain security policies, implement enhancements, and monitor access to protect the network and data.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior network engineers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of network configurations, procedures, and cabling.
